Refurbished Product Warranty:

All certified refurbished items are thoroughly tested and quality-checked before shipment. These products are covered under a 90-day replacement warranty, ensuring smooth operation and reliability. If a refund is requested, it is typically applicable within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility and inspection. Our goal is to ensure every refurbished solution performs to professional standards.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage:

Many of our products come with an extended manufacturer warranty (1 year or more), depending on the brand and product category. In such cases, warranty support, repairs, or replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer under their official terms. We facilitate warranty transfer to ensure you receive uninterrupted service and support.

Warranty Limitations & Coverage Scope:

Warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by:

  • Physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications

  • Improper installation or third-party repairs

  • Software corruption, viruses, or incompatible configurations

  • Use of non-standard or unsupported components

  • External events such as power surges, accidents, or environmental damage

Certain sealed retail products may also be non-returnable once opened, depending on manufacturer policy.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are advised to retain their invoice and warranty documentation for all claims. Any transit-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence for prompt assessment and resolution.
