If an item is out of stock, our website will display a ‘Phone for Price' badge, and you may call our Customer Sales Representative to place your purchase on backorder.
In such a case, if the stock was available when you made your purchase but had vanished by the time your order cleared our credit card security department, we will notify you of the backorder status. This happens from time to time since the stock is not assigned until your order is validated, approved, and processed. As a result, stock levels and shipping predictions may vary by the time your purchase is dispatched.
